Definition
What Is Meta Ads Management and What Is It For?
Meta brings together apps used by billions of people every day, led by Facebook and Instagram, in a single advertising system. When the right objective, the right audience and the right creative are chosen in Ads Manager, your business can reach people who do not know you yet, bring back visitors who saw your site but have not decided, and collect measurable results such as sales or form submissions.
Professional Meta Ads management is not the same as pressing the “Boost post” button. Account structure, conversion tracking, audience layers, creative tests and budget allocation are planned together. We explained the basic concepts of advertising in detail in our What Is Meta Ads? guide; on this page you will find how our service works.

Campaign objectives
Which Campaign Objective to Choose and When
Meta Ads Manager offers six campaign objectives. Choosing the wrong one leads to your budget being spent on results that are worthless to your business. We always choose the objective by working backwards from the business goal.
| Campaign objective | When is it suitable? | Metrics we track |
|---|---|---|
| Awareness | A newly opened business, a new product or the need for regional recognition | Reach, frequency, cost per thousand impressions (CPM) |
| Traffic | Driving qualified visitors to content, blog or product pages | Landing page views, cost per click (CPC) |
| Engagement | Collecting messages, video views or post engagement | Conversations started, video view rate |
| Leads | Service businesses that collect quote, appointment and information forms | Cost per form, rate at which forms turn into sales |
| App Promotion | Mobile app downloads and in-app actions | Cost per install, in-app events |
| Sales | E-commerce sites and businesses that accept online payments | Cost per purchase, return on ad spend (ROAS) |

Work process
We Manage Your Meta Ads in 6 Steps
We work with the same discipline for every client, so you can see what is done and why at every stage.
Discovery and account review
We review your goals, your sales process and, if you have one, the history of your existing ad account. The free initial consultation is this step.
Measurement infrastructure
The pixel, Conversions API and conversion events are set up and tested. If measurement is not right, we do not start advertising.
Strategy and media plan
The campaign objective, audience layers, budget allocation and success metrics are shared in writing.
Creative production
A set of ads with different messages and formats is prepared; if a landing page is needed, we refine it together.
Launch and learning phase
The ads go live; we avoid unnecessary intervention so the system can learn, and data is monitored daily.
Optimization and reporting
Every week, audience, creative and budget decisions are updated with data; results are shared in a report.
According to Meta, an ad set generally exits the learning phase once about 50 optimization events occur within 7 days after the last significant edit. Details: Meta Business Help Center.

Measurement
No Right Decisions Without Right Measurement
For the ad system to decide whom to show your ads to, it must know which ad brings in sales. That is why we put measurement at the very start of the work.
For the best ad performance, Meta recommends using the Conversions API together with the Meta Pixel and sharing the same events through both tools. Source: Meta developer documentation.
- Event ID matching so that browser and server events are not counted twice
- Defining the priority order of events such as purchases, forms and calls
- Forwarding forms to your sales team or CRM software
- Setting up the privacy notice and cookie preferences under KVKK so that they are consistent with your site
Who is it for?
Meta Ad Setup by Industry
The same campaign does not work for every business. Here are examples of the starting setups we use in different industries:
Phone and message focused
Targeting narrowed to specific districts, click-to-message ads and click-to-call for collecting requests quickly.
Sales and catalog focused
Sales-objective campaigns, a product catalog and retargeting for people who abandoned their carts.
Seasonal and visual focused
Pre-season awareness, traffic to the tour page, and then booking requests through a form or message.
Qualified-lead form focused
Ads by area and listing, and lead forms with screening questions.
Trust and appointment focused
Language compliant with Meta advertising policies, informative content, and a flow that collects appointment requests.
Decision-maker focused
An audience narrowed by industry and profession interests, a quote form and fast handover to the sales team.

You can review the work we have completed in different industries on our Clients page.
Pricing
How Is the Meta Ads Management Fee Determined?
Meta advertising involves two separate costs, and separating them from the start is the first condition of transparency.
1. Ad budget
Paid directly to Meta with your own payment method set up on your ad account. You can see how much has been spent in your ad account at any time.
2. Management service fee
This is payment for the work of setup, strategy, creative, optimization and reporting. It is determined by scope and presented in a written quote.
The main factors that affect the service fee:
- Number of campaigns and objectives
- Monthly creative needs
- State of the measurement setup
- Catalog and e-commerce integration
- Number of regions and languages targeted
- Reporting and meeting frequency
In the market, models such as a fixed monthly fee, a certain percentage of the ad budget, or a combination of the two are used. At Peaq Digital, the quote is prepared according to your needs after the free initial consultation and account review.
Common myths
Common Misconceptions About Meta Ads
| Misconception | Reality |
|---|---|
| “Boosting the post is enough.” | Boosting is quick, but the options for objective, audience, placement and testing are limited compared to Ads Manager. |
| “We installed the pixel, so measurement is done.” | Meta recommends using the pixel together with the Conversions API; the pixel alone can miss some events. |
| “If we double the budget, results will double too.” | Large, sudden changes can push an ad set back into the learning phase; scaling should be done gradually. |
| “A good ad works for months.” | As the same people see the same ad again and again, interest fades; creatives need to be refreshed regularly. |
| “An agency should guarantee sales.” | No agency can guarantee sales. What is right is to set goals together and report results transparently. |
Why Peaq Digital?
Everything Around the Ad Under One Team
The success of a Meta ad does not depend on the ad dashboard alone; the landing page, measurement, creative and sales process must work together.
The accounts stay with you. The ad account, pixel and audiences remain in your business portfolio; when the engagement ends, you lose no data.
The landing page is considered too. When needed, we also improve the page the ad leads to together with our corporate website team.
All channels are planned together. Meta ads are tied to the same goal as Google Ads, SEO and GEO work.
Creative and software in-house. Our designer prepares the ad visuals, and our software team prepares the form and CRM integrations.
We have gathered what you should look for before working with an agency in our article 9 criteria to consider when choosing an agency. We aim for our professional Meta Ads management process to meet all of these criteria.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently Asked Questions About Meta Ads Management
When do you see results from Meta ads?
The first impressions and clicks come in the days after launch. However, it usually takes a few weeks for the system to learn and for audience and creative tests to produce meaningful results. For a sound evaluation, we recommend waiting until the end of the first month.
Who is the ad budget paid to?
The ad budget is paid directly to Meta, with your own payment method set up on your ad account. You pay Peaq Digital only the management service fee; the two costs are never mixed.
How much ad budget should you start with?
Meta’s technical minimums are low, but to collect meaningful data the budget should be planned according to the goal, the industry and the targeted region. In the initial consultation, we set a starting budget suited to your goal together.
Is Facebook or Instagram more effective?
That depends on your target audience. In most campaigns, we run ads on both platforms together and, based on the results, shift the budget to the best-performing placements.
Why should the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API be set up together?
The pixel sends data from the browser, and the Conversions API sends it from the server. Meta recommends using both together for the best performance, so that events missed because of browser restrictions can also be measured.
Can you work with my existing ad account?
Yes. We are added to your business portfolio as a partner and work in your existing account. The account history, pixel data and audiences remain in your account.
Who prepares the ad visuals and copy?
Our team prepares the ad visuals and copy and refreshes them regularly. If you have brand photos or videos, we will also use them in the creatives.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Ad results depend on many factors such as the product, price, competition and the landing page; no agency can guarantee sales. We set goals together and report results transparently.
What is the difference between Meta Ads and Google Ads?
Google Ads reaches people who are actively searching for something they need. Meta Ads creates demand by reaching people who have not searched yet, based on interests and behavior. For many businesses, the two together give the best result.
Which metrics will I see in the reports?
